The village is not only a great place to live but has a wonderful community spirit. Our residents enjoy a range of diverse activities including BBQs, Tai Chi classes, line dancing, social gatherings, water aerobics in the large swimming pool, gardening & much more.

With our central location many residents enjoy a game of golf at the nearby Mackay Golf Course, a roll up at the North Mackay Bowls Club or try to catch the big one at the beach or nearby river. Shops, cinemas and restaurants are all close by.

Our community centre is well appointed with a dance floor, pool table, kitchen, library, internet and large undercover BBQ area. Our large multi use swimming pool is used extensively by our residents. To add to these facilities we will shortly begin construction on an undercover bowls rink.
